Safety Disclaimer

What Can Kill Me™ is designed to support awareness—not guarantee safety.

Not a replacement for official information

Always check official weather, fire, flood, road, park, maritime, public-health and emergency sources. Follow closures, evacuation instructions and directions from authorities.

Community information may be incomplete

Reports can be delayed, inaccurate, disputed, outdated or missing. The absence of a report does not mean an area is safe. A displayed report does not prove a hazard still exists.

Conditions change

Wildlife, weather, water, terrain, fire, people, infrastructure and plant hazards can change rapidly. Distance, severity and risk estimates are approximate.

Use appropriate judgment

Users remain responsible for preparation, equipment, route decisions, supervision, local laws, professional advice and emergency action.

Emergency action

In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately. Do not wait for an app notification or community response.

Development status

The current interactive demo is an early prototype using sample data. It should never be used for real-world safety decisions.

Obtain qualified legal and risk-management review before public production launch.
